Claudio Natili - 'The Devil's Honey' Theme

Today's song caught my attention after falling down the YouTube hole one afternoon. This track was apparently composed as for a 86' erotic-thriller by Lucio Fulci. Who is Fulci? Well, he's well-known among Italian giallo and horror film enthusiasts as the director of 'City of the Living Dead', 'The Psychic', 'Don't Torture A Duckling', 'The Beyond', 'The House by the Cemetery', 'Zombi 2' and 'Manhattan Baby', however throughout his career he made films in other genres, including goofball comedies, spaghetti westerns, and thrillers. 'Devil's Honey', which I have not yet seen, was made later in his career when a majority of his output was horror movies. I find that interesting.

Anyway, I love that sleazy saxophone. It gives me "Careless Whisper' size goosebumps. And yes, heard with actual footage from the movie, the whole production is rather cheesy, but I enjoy its earnest, non-ironic sentiment.
